Part-Time Junior Web Developer

An opportunity exists for a Junior Web Developer to join our growing team. This position would suit a University/ TAFE student that is currently studying and looking for part-time work to complement their education.

Our office is located at Woy Woy on the Central Coast (5 minutes from the train station) which houses a small but hard-working and fun team of people.

As the Erudite Technologies Junior Web Developer, you will be working closely with the Lead Web Developer to:

• assist in visual design of new and existing websites and marketing campaigns;
• assist in development of websites and mobile websites;
• assist in maintenance of existing websites;
• keep the social media world informed of our work;
• other various web related tasks

The successful candidate should have:

• A fantastic design portfolio;
• Great communication skills;
• Knowledge of social media and digital networks;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Self-motivation and organisation skills;
• A creative flair and the ability to think outside the box;
• Excellent people skills;
• Working knowledge of Adobe CS suite, in particular Photoshop;
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript;
• Exposure to JSP is desirable but not essential
