Advantage Media Group

Advantage Media Group is a newly formed Australian company focussed on the emerging field of digital content in the publishing industry. Currently Advantage Media retail eBook content and eBook readers online at www.ebookbop.com.au. Their next initiative is to provide services to assist publishers and authors to more easily feed their titles to online retailers across the globe.

We have assisted AMG by implementing their current retail store mentioned above (applying all our regular best practices of SEO, Lucene and incorporating our eCommerce framework). Since the conclusion of this project we have been researching current standards of Digital Rights Management in order to assist this customer with the next phase of their business strategy. 

Azjure Studio Retreat

Azjure studio retreat are a premier couples retreat, located on 100 unspoilt acres at Ballandean just south of Stanthorpe township, in Queensland’s majestic Granite Belt Wine Country.

Azjure had an existing site but required a mobile website based upon their current look and feel. Erudite adapted their current site and delivered a modern, fast loading version of their site optimised for mobile devices in a matter of days!

Basement Books

Basement Books are a discount bookstore in central Sydney specialising in selling remaindered books at great prices. Erudite Technologies were approached to build a new eCommerce website and interface into the existing Bookmine system. Basement Books can update their stock levels and update the website at their will.

This implementation featured the ability for the Erudite Technologies eCommerce framework to interface with InfoMining's "Bookmine" product, a point of sale and inventory management system speicifally designed for the book industry.  This website also features a look and feel which was provided by DPM designs as chosen by Basement Books.

Castle Books is a book wholesaler that specialises in remaindered and discounted books. Erudite Technologies provided Castle with a stylish interface to aid the extension of their business online.

Chris Bowen - Federal Member for Prospect - Minister for Human Services Minister for Financial Services, Superannuation and Corporate Law

We implemented a dynamic site for the Federal Member for the seat of Prospect. This site allows Chris Bowen and his staff to add their own content, review site usage and gather users views with the sites survey.  Overall, the website aims to help this Federal Member be more accessible to his constituents.

UPDATE June/July 2009

Chris Bowen requested Erudite Technologies update the website with a modern design and add some interactive features. These features include a custom homepage with featured content slideshow, YouTube video integration and RSS feeds. Other site features include a blog with comment moderation, Lucene powered site search, newsletter sign-up and customised contact forms.

CWA of NSW

Migrsted the CWA website into our skinning technology and Content Management System. This now allows staff at the CWA to more easily update the vast amounts of information on their site.

In February 2008 the new look CWA of New South Wales website was launched. The visual update was focussed on making the site more user friendly with special features such as the ability for visitors to increase the font size to improve readability.

In July 2008 CWA launched the new members area of their website. Erudite Technologies Consulting integrated their existing member database into our content management system so CWA could manage their website and their member database from the one location. Erudite Technologies also added a members downloads section and custom forums to the members area of the website, all of which are managed through our content management system.

Lang Lang Engineering

Lang Lang Engineering approached Erudite Technologies with a proposal for a new web site. Dealing with the development of engineering product design and drafting services Lang Lang Engineering pursued a web site that displayed their ability and skill as 3D and 2D designers. By working together with Lang Lang Engineering, Erudite Technologies produced a web site that satisfied all the desires of the drafting and engineering company.

The final product was an effective design that was stylised to suit the customer's requirements, delivered in a short timeframe.

Language Book Centre

Language Book Centre is a specialist bookstore based in the Sydney CBD who provide a large range of resources to aid in the learning or teaching of a language, also offering customers the opportunity to read a new or classic work in something other than English. Lastminute.com.au needed Erudite Technologies to build some specialised search engine landing pages to increase the search engine friendliness of their website. Mindscape Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, is Australia's leading publisher and distributor of kids, family and NextGen games, productivity and reference software on the PC, Mac, DS, Wii, Playstation, Xbox and online platforms. Erudite gave Mindscape a brand new website with a new design and enhanced functionality.

We provide Namco Bandai Partners Australia with a wide range of services. These include: website hosting, J2EE services and website support. In August 2006 we completed a site redevelopment of the Namco Bandai Partners Australia website. This involved re-working the look and feel of the site and adding a number of technical features

Update: June 2009 - Website redesign

Existing customer Taranis Softwarecame to Erudite Technologies Consulting for a website re-design to reflect a change in direction for their company. They required a more modern, product-centric website. Erudite Technologies built the site around their two core products with each product section on the site having a different colour scheme to give the products their own identity. As with all our websites, our content management system was built into the site so Taranis Software could quickly and easily complete add content to the site.

Terrigal and Avoca Beach Medical Centres

Terrigal and Avoca Beach Medical Centres came to Erudite Technologies needing a website presence to incorporate both their practices and the Mediskin Clinic. The purpose of the website was to be an information base for current patients and to encourage new enquiries. The website was designed in keeping with the beach theme identity of the medical centres, once complete the site was handed over to the medical centre staff to add content, images and news articles.

The Hub Erina

Formerly known as the Erina Youth Centre, The Hub is an initiative of Gosford City Council Youth Services and is considered one of the best youth entertainment venues in Australia. Erudite Technologies worked with the Hub to come up with a website that was both visually appealing and user friendly - for the youth and their parents alike.

The Will Challenge Lawyers

The Will Challenge Lawyers is a division of Sydney based Fox & Staniland Lawyers. Fox & Staniland required a content managed website to be built to target a specific market - the challenge of Wills. Erudite Technologies were enlisted to create the site, working closeley with Fox & Staniland. Special features of the site include a large animated image banner built with javascript rather than Flash for increased search engine optimisation.

Travel.com.au needed Erudite Technologies to build some specialised search engine landing pages to increase the search engine friendliness of their website. Erudite Technologies were able to offer design/html skills as well as the technical skills required to dynamically generate search engine friendly links, titles and copy.

Watagan View Photographics is the result of Bren and Jude Weston's photographic travels around Australia. They were after an ecommerce website so they could sell photo products from their vast collection of Australian images.

Erudite Technologies worked with Watagan View Photographics to develop a dynamic site that can handle a variety of product variants. Special features of the site include a dynamic map that pinpoints the location of the photo; an ajax price calculator and an animated product scroller on the homepage.

Once the site was built on Erudite Technologies's development server, Watagan View Photographics added all their products, categories, prices and text content themselves.

XML Yes came to Erudite Technologies looking to build a prototype B2B messaging system that could interact with XML Yes' existing system architecture. Erudite Technologies designed a slick easy to use interface for XMLYes to use as a prototype for demonstration purposes.
